Thai Yoga Massage is an holistic approach to a meditative and engaged style of bodywork. It is deeply relaxing and grounding, yet energizing and balancing. It's sometimes referred to as 'assisted yoga' and it incorporates elements of stretching, breathing, acupressure, and rhythmic compression along energy lines like acupressure, but broader. There is little to no emollient or oils used, and you should wear loose, stretchy comfy clothing.
