Effection Therapy (East)

Traditionally, Swedish massage is applied by using a combination of soothing movements, or strokes, that promote relaxation, body-mind connection and increase blood circulation.  This stimulus throughout the body and has a soothing effect on the nervous system.  Myofascial stretching and range of motion may be used to unwind the limbs and restore comfortable posture to the body.   ------------------------------------ or ---------------------------------------------------
Deep tissue massages concentrate on and release specific areas in the body that need extra work due to fatigue / overuse, engaged athletic training or chronic tension. Pressure is often much deeper and slower than with relaxation massage.  Myofascial stretching and range of motion may be used to unwind the limbs and restore comfortable posture to the body.

Deep Relaxation or Deep Tissue

Extra care and comforting pillows to support the transforming body.  Full body massage with breath integration. Available at any stage of gestation, though if your pregnancy is considered high-risk, a doctor's note is required.
